Project Overview
A packing list should match what is inside each carton. Cartonwise connects Android barcode scanners with supplier, quality-control and admin portals, so teams can trace goods from packing to inspection. Iteas designed, built and operates the product, in production since 2020. The 2026 refresh brings a new Cartonwise identity and clearer interfaces to the same workflow.

01 · On the packing floor
One carton.
One scan at a time.
Operators record each piece against its contract, delivery and carton. The handheld keeps the task focused with large controls, a running count and a clear finish.
Designed for rugged Android barcode scanners.
A visible running count keeps the next scan in focus. Capture offline and sync when connectivity returns.
02 · In the supplier portal
The scans become
the packing list.
Factory teams turn recorded carton contents into packing-list PDFs. Contract, delivery and status stay together, so the right document is easy to find.
When carton contents change, rescanning invalidates the previous list. Duplicate-piece checks identify cartons that need attention.

03 · At the quality-control house
Packed and received.
Checked together.
A separate quality-control (QC) scan checks the received goods against the packing record. The report puts packed and inspected quantities side by side, with the contract, SKU and carton available for follow-up.
