Project Overview
Hiring involves two different journeys: a candidate looking for the right role and a recruiter building a shortlist. For an HR-tech company, we brought both into one platform, with candidate experiences on web and Android and a dedicated employer portal. Candidates can search and filter roles, receive AI-ranked recommendations, save opportunities and apply from their profile. Recruiters can manage job postings and candidate pipelines, supported by dashboards, reporting and integrations with applicant-tracking systems. We delivered the applications and administration tools through cloud deployment and QA.
